Do I have to create a Swank Account to shop on Second Hand Swank?

  • No you do not. You can shop and purchase items without a Swank Account. Accounts are available if you would like utilize our easy check. A Swank Account will save you time of reentering your payment and billing information repeatedly and will assist you in quickly tracking your packages. You will still receive tracking information and order confirmations via email when making a purchase on our site if you do not have an account.

What form of payment does Second Hand Swank accept?

  • Our accepted payments policy helps ensure that buyers and sellers on Second Hand Swank are offered safe, convenient payment options. Through our PayPal account we accept major credit cards, PayPal, and e-checks.

Do I have to create a PayPal account?

  • Yes. Buyers can choose to use a major credit card or e-check when making purchases without having funds in their Paypal account. Sellers must have a PayPal account in order to sell on our website. When an items sells we pay the seller directly to their PayPal account. Open a PayPal Account

Can I use more than one coupon offered by Second Hand Swank per order?

  • Unfortunately no. If we offer more than one coupon at the same time, you must decide which promo saves you the most. Example, if we offer a 20% off promo you can’t combine that with the everyday sale 10% off promo.

  • Second Hand Swank Sellers are everyday people who have second hand gently used or new items they wish to sell.

What can I sell on Second Hand Swank?

  • You can sell second hand gently used and new merchandise. Items can not weigh over 15Lbs each. We do not sell heavy bulk items such as furniture or appliances. Please refer to our restricted item list.Terms & Conditions.

What is a Swank Store?

  • A Swank Store is a consignment store online that is a fun place where you can see your items for sell all in one place. Every Seller has a unique style. We cross market to each sellers style. We promote your store as well cross market in our other categories. Every Seller has their own store logo which sets the tone of the merchandise in their store.

What does it cost to have a Swank Store?

  • There are no up-front fees! You only pay us our commission fee when an item sells.

How Long Can I List My Items For?

  • There is no time limit at Second Hand Swank! Keep your item listed as long as you like!

Do I Have To Sign An Online Consignment Store Agreement?

  • Yes. It is a legal contract between us and Second Hand Swank. The contract outlines our responsibilities to you as a seller and your responsibility to Second Hand Swank. Please read more.Terms & conditions
