Make An Offer 

We offer a (Name Your Price) program. You can make an offer on items we have listed on Second Hand Swank. To submit an offer email us through our customer service page with your offer details. If your offer is accepted, we will notify you by email, as well as, send you an invoice to pay for your item(s). Once we send you an invoice, you will have 48 hours to pay for your item(s). If your offer is not accepted, we will either send you declined offer notice or send you a counter offer for your consideration. If you accept our counter offer, we then send you invoice to pay for your item(s).
