Buyers Refund Policy

Buyers may return items sold on Second Hand Swank for a full refund.  Buyers must contact customer service through our website within 30 days after receipt of their merchandise to receive a full refund. We will send the buyer complete instructions on how to return the item. We will process the refund after we receive the returned merchandise. No refunds will be processed after the 30-day grace period. Buyer will pay for shipping fees to return the item.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

 You can expect your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required to process the return.  This time period includes:

• 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
• 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
• The time it takes your bank to process our refund request

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you do not receive your refund within 4 weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for help.
